60-60-60 Circuit Workout

I'm on a three week break between semesters, and since I live about 40 minutes from town, I haven't been able to make it to the gym for a little bit. I tend to be more consistent in my workouts if I actually go to the gym, but since that's not an option right now I need a good workout to do at home besides workout DVDs (nothing wrong with those, though), so I came up with this circuit workout.

All you will need for this workout is a couple of light dumbbells (I used 5 lb weights) and a stopwatch or timer. There is a total of 60 exercises, so do each one of them for 60 seconds for a total of 1 hour. Make sure to keep the weight fairly light and do the maximum amount of repetitions that you can in one minute. This will help to keep your heart rate up and blast through calories.
